January is always the month of broken resolutions you never thought you’d keep anyway. ‘Detox your emotions’, if you can... You try to see life in a brand new way, and it just reminds you of older, broken vows. If I were a ship, I would beach myself, and disgorge my contents...
I woke up on the 29th of January with laryngitis. Unable to croak my way out of a shoe-box I have used a practice-run vocal of ‘January’ song that I had every intention to throw away. Its not too bad. But if anyone out there has nice healthy vocal folds and would like to sing it over again for me, please be my guest. Happy January everybody, and once again, here’s to 2007.
